All returns must be made within 15 (15) days from the date of purchase, whichever is the postmark. All returned items must be new and unused with all original tags and labels.
Return to an item, please send an e-mail to customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to get the return authorization (RMA) number. After receipt of RMA, safely place items in their original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase and mail them back to the following address:
